SPF Protection in Shared Hosting
The SPF protection feature is available as standard with each shared hosting package that we offer and you're able to use it without difficulty so that you can secure the e-mails for any domain name hosted in your account. The service is handled from the Emails section of our state-of-the-art, albeit easy to work with Hepsia Control Panel. All it takes to enable the protection is to type the IP of the email server and its hostname - mail.server.com, for example. Once the protection is active, only this server will be able to send email messages from e-mails generated under the domain name that you have picked. Your email addresses may be managed by another provider, but when we handle them along with your site, you can also enable an option for your e-mail messages to be sent only if the domain has our MX records. This solution provides you with improved protection as only our server will be approved to send out emails from your mailboxes and you'll have superior control. If you have any questions or if you experience any difficulties with this service, you'll be able to contact our tech support team at any time and they will give you a hand in a timely manner.
SPF Protection in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The SPF protection function is available with all semi-dedicated packages, so in case you host your domain names in an account on our cloud hosting platform, you are able to use the service without difficulty for all your domains. The Hepsia Control Panel, which is provided with the semi-dedicated accounts, has a very easy to work with interface, so you do not have to be proficient in the use of computers to secure your emails. You will simply have to type the hostname and the IP address of each mail server that you would like to be permitted to send out emails from your addresses and shortly after that the new record will be activated for the domain that you have chosen. As a further option, we'll also give you the ability to control your outgoing email messages and protect your mailboxes further by permitting messages to be sent only if the domain in question features our MX records i.e. the emails for the domain should be managed on our end and not by another supplier. In this way you'll have even superior control and there will not be a chance for someone to counterfeit your emails for harmful activities.
